Oh well, I'm really sorry you ended up losing money. However, I must say that sometimes casinos do this gameplay checking so it's not unusual. In this process you have to wait to see if everything is okay and definitely don't gamble with the money. When it ends up like this it makes me pretty sad.

And in such cases when this happens you can contact us. We give the casinos exactly 14 days to sort out the withdrawal and everything that is necessary for the casino to send you the money.
