also, when i asked wich game provider, they told me that they don’t know who is the game provider that asked this.

i played at 2 games provider and i won most at the EGT.

for me was enough. A website that respect their clients must be transparent and quick in payments. We are in 2025…..

im starting to get worried🫣 after reading some other complaints its clearly that immerion casino and ybets casino are connected. They are both answering with same generic answers.

i was just reading one complaint. A guy is struggling since october 10. 2024. He provided everything they asked for, from stupid selfies, source of funds and a lots of other documents. Today they answered: "Following the recent update to our anti-fraud system, we have identified clear evidence of a duplicate player."

i mean..dude is struggling for 4 months and now they come with such a nonsense. I also saw some other complaint in which askgamblers support rejected immerions statement of duplicate accounts becouse lack of evidence. I hope they all get their money.

I have strange feeling that they will do the same to me.

what should i do in that case? I don't have any duplicates, and they already paid 13000$ from 22500$ so it would be total nonsense, but we never know..

I have registered to this casino,and played several times in few days. They have a large selection of games and providers,bonuses,cashback ,etc. I like'it ,until one day on the 01.30.2025,i had a lucky hand and managed to raise a winning of over 3.5k $. So i usualy try to cashout some of it, and i see they have a 950$/day limit (thats finer by me ,i say). So i withdraw 950$,then on the second day (01.31.2025) another 950$ . after few days i login to see that all the amount was back into my game balance,without notice or e-mail about it. I contacted chat support,and they sayd that the game provider have to "review" my game winning sesion,to see if it was fair paymant.Yes u read right...i say this is a big joke, its like the provider will say that : " there is no way that game could pay 3k" 🙂)lol.(If u wonder what game was that,it was THE HAND ANUBIS, Hacksaw provider) So im asking what to do next,and they say that until they finish that "review" i canot withdraw nothing,and it lasts minimum 2 weeks or more. But in the meantime i can always deposit more,unlimited 🙂) This casino is recomended by the Guru casino,thats why i registered,because seems trustble,but i am guessing its all a big SCAM. So be carefull everyone.

So, you are assuming this casino is a scam because your gameplay is under the game provider's review. Well, honestly, this is quite a common situation, but on the other hand, I would expect such a step in case of a much more significant win. Yet it depends...

So, if you have been waiting longer than 14 days, go ahead and submit a complaint against the casino. Just be ready to wait for the game provider's resume. Surely it will be needed for the complaint.

It definitely is a scam, how else would you describe this? They deserve to be blacklisted and i said already, they are using your logo on their website.

In my case it seems that Askgambler support are also giving up. After more than two months since i filed a complaint.

I started verification process on september 4. 2024. and filed complaint a month after. More than three months!

they should be prosecuted because things what they are doing are many times illegal.

Well it has been 7 days sience i have this isue,i am half way into this already. But ,as yout sayd, for such small amount it should not be a problem of this nature. I have won on other casinos ,more and i didnt enconter this situation.I remember back few years ago the Nomini casino scamed my earnings ,saying that i had a double account,when i never had ,only one. I mean,when i,as a player ,am loosing alot,nobody investigates those games such as pragmatic or other poor games , instead if u win,they investigate 14 days or more...Makes low sense,that amount of time for 5 minutes real work into the "isue". I never registered to the Ybets casino, but as you can see in my recived e-mails,there he is, the Ybets casino is sending 100% identical e-mails like the Immerion casino 😕. If u managed to cashin, idk xhat to say...Maybe they do this random,to random users,i mean if the cancel all payouts,then the huge flags are comming and theyr casino gets banned everywere

A saw many times that casino guru and also Askgamblers are defending them, saying there is no way those two are connected..but like you said..100%..i mean..logic tells you that it must be some kind of connection.

I just know that they are totally unfair, many people lost their funds becouse of waiting and i think there is a red flag already.

after i won a was waiting one month till I received my first withdrawal. Back then, i wrote complain to Curacao egaming becouse in that time immerion was using their license. I think they have helped me while i was getting money every week(2000$ weekly limit). When the problems began with verification i wrote once again to Curacao egaming and there was a red flag already.

Curacao said that they are really sorry but immerion is not under curacao egaming licence. So that means they have lost curacao eg licence. 🚩

There is a scam. I don’t know where the hell they get my email address from and keep sending me very Good offers. Finally, I made an account and they gave me 10 USD free bets. It was not active they asked me to deposit. I deposited 500 USDT, then they sent an offer if I vote for them in sigma website for Dubai exhibition, they will credit me another 45 spin. Guess what, after I send a screenshot for customer support they keep not answering me for one day I waited by their life support five times nearly 5 hours eventually the answer I need to Wager X10 to be able to get free spins and be able to withdraw my money.

In my opinion, saying something is a scam also needs some level of supportive evidence. Do ask for the complaint to get reopened, please.

I can mention that every casino has stated in the rules they can investigate anything anytime. Of course we may now suspect; you may doubt the reason, but unless you prove the casino has no right to investigate or do that for any irrational reason, or is just avoiding conclusion, I would say we won't get further.
