Well it has been 7 days sience i have this isue,i am half way into this already. But ,as yout sayd, for such small amount it should not be a problem of this nature. I have won on other casinos ,more and i didnt enconter this situation.I remember back few years ago the Nomini casino scamed my earnings ,saying that i had a double account,when i never had ,only one. I mean,when i,as a player ,am loosing alot,nobody investigates those games such as pragmatic or other poor games , instead if u win,they investigate 14 days or more...Makes low sense,that amount of time for 5 minutes real work into the "isue". I admit that i like the casino in the other ways,but sience i have this isue,i canot trust. I will see what happends forward,and keep the post on

I agree that such an investigation should not be used as an ultimate delay. That's the point.

We really need players to submit complaints about these situations so we can confront both casinos, Ybets/Immerion with as many situations as possible. For the Safety Index to be correct, this is a crucial part, and we can't do that without players. Of course I perfectly understand many people are mad about it; I would be mad too. The question of how long such investigations should take and whether they were even necessary is just a bit of a gray area. Thus, each situation needs to be handled separately at first. Though the amount of investigated players is just weird, and I mentioned that to my colleagues from the Complaint Team on our regular Wednesday call.

i can 100% say that Immerion casino and Ybets casino are the same. Twin casinos ,same owner,same rules

A saw many times that casino guru and also Askgamblers are defending them, saying there is no way those two are connected..but like you said..100%..i mean..logic tells you that it must be some kind of connection.

U are perfectly right. And i understand the casinos aswell, because every casino has thousen of players and its not a easy job attending everyone~s needs. My latest e-mail from them its asking me about gaming experience,etc...I will answer in maniered way to all of that and wait to theyr response,and keep this postedfile

There is a scam. I don’t know where the hell they get my email address from and keep sending me very Good offers. Finally, I made an account and they gave me 10 USD free bets. It was not active they asked me to deposit. I deposited 500 USDT, then they sent an offer if I vote for them in sigma website for Dubai exhibition, they will credit me another 45 spin. Guess what, after I send a screenshot for customer support they keep not answering me for one day I waited by their life support five times nearly 5 hours eventually the answer I need to Wager X10 to be able to get free spins and be able to withdraw my money. 

Well, I know you're going to hate this, but it is quite related to buying your "honest" voice. So much for fair play, I guess. Therefore, do not expect such behavior to be entirely transparent. If you catch my drift...

On the other hand, I'd say that too often these supper offers are extremely annoying and quite aggressive.

Wagering withdrawal for deposit is also pretty normal, though I would not expect 10x. 3x is sufficient for such a low deposit.

Have you perhaps ever heard about Ybets Casino? Might be the cause.

like i said, you are trying to defend them but its me who is struggling since september 6. 2024 and in all this months i saw things with my own eyes. I have to brag, that since then i haven't played at all, nowhere🥳 i knew before, but now i know 100% that i don't need to "borrow " casinos money, i go to work for money.

in my case, again, three months verifying acc..disgusting.. and i want those 6.777$ im left with..even if i have to wait till next year!

On screenshots you can see how fair they are. Balance from last withdrawal on november 4. was 6,777$. Funds kept missing since then..now im on 6,524$..fair..without any explanation after i asked where the funds are.

i understand that you are trying to solve this in the way you are supposed to, but its definitely too much what they are doing and getting away with doing it.

That is outrage 😲 Months waiting for nothing,and after that, your balance droping without using it? Then i guess in few months your balance will drop to 0 , its like when u hold a bank account ,and they have mothly fees 🙂) I already take away my thoughts from my 3.5k winnings, i will play them all ,like a free money play,now i definitly now they will do the same to me ,like all others.

I have no intention to defend this practice, and I understand you feel like you do. So, can I kindly remind you not to stop responding to complaint, please? It is hard to help without players cooperation; that's all. I'll say that again:

Let our team know what has been happening ever since. Do not take this personally, but the forum is still full of people who tell us what we do wrongly but never help us change that. It is true the complaints are primarily to resolve cases with a concrete disputed amount and the line between what we can include in the Safety Index and an overall bad experience is not that obvious. Still, we are always here to listen, even if the situation is not to be resolved through the complaint.

I'll keep my eye on these two sites and associated complaints.

It is the same issue, but since then we had some progress, while i was able to get cca13000$. Now im in verification process which is, as you can see, a nightmare🫣 and im unable to withdraw since 4.11.2024.

i just received mail that my acc is finally verified. I will keep in touch to let you know about withdrawal.

I have received first withdrawal today. Let's see how it goes, weekly limit limit is 2000$, so hopefully it goes well.
