It would be better to contact the casino in this case. Some casinos require you to make a deposit in order to get your payment method registered in the casino and then you're allowed to make the withdrawal. I'm not sure if it's the same case in this casino.

Φόρτωσα ξανά το μπόνους εγγραφής μου παίζοντας έναν πολύ γνωστό κουλοχέρη από αδειοδοτημένα καζίνο. Με κάθε γύρισμα, ο κουλοχέρης έδινε σχεδόν πάντα μπόνους και πλήρωνε παράλογα ποσά ακόμα και με το χαμηλότερο στοίχημα. Όταν άλλαξα σε πραγματικά χρήματα, το ίδιο κουλοχέρη δεν έδινε πλέον μπόνους ή πληρωμές!!!

Could you explain the relationship between the word "fake" and your experience? Because I feel you would be very happy if the occurrences were quite the opossite. But you just lost so the games are fake. Saying something is fake is actually an accusation, but let's leave that aside.
