Γεια σας, βρίσκομαι σε μια πολύ δυσάρεστη κατάσταση στο Crownplay. Οι πρώτες αναλήψεις ήταν επιτυχείς, τώρα αντιμετωπίζω προβλήματα από τις αρχές Δεκεμβρίου:
- στις 12/03/24 έκανα αίτημα ανάληψης 185,00€ και στις 30/12 μου είπαν να το ακυρώσω και να κάνω ξανά το αίτημα μιας και είχε περάσει πάρα πολύς χρόνος?
- Στις 12/01/25 έκανα ένα επιπλέον αίτημα ανάληψης 395,00 € (όλα τα χρήματα που έχω στον gaming λογαριασμό μου) και μέχρι σήμερα δεν υπάρχει πίστωση.
Μου απαντούν πάντα με προκαθορισμένες προτάσεις χωρίς ποτέ να καταλήξουν σε λύση. Υπάρχει κάποιος άλλος στην ίδια κατάσταση;
Hello, I am in a very unpleasant situation on Crownplay. The first withdrawals were successful, now I have been having problems since the beginning of December:
- on 03/12/24 I made a withdrawal request for €185.00 and on 30/12 they told me to cancel it and make the request again, since too much time had passed;
- On 12/01/25 I made a further withdrawal request of €395.00 (all the money I have in my gaming account) and to date no credit.
They always answer me with pre-set sentences without ever reaching a solution. Is there anyone else in my same situation?
Buongiorno, mi trovo in una situazione molto spiacevole on Crownplay. I primi prelievi sono andati a buon fine, ora ho problemi da inizio Dicembre:
- il 03/12/24 ho effettuato una richiesta di prelievo di 185,00€ e al 30/12 mi hanno detto di annullarlo e di rifare la richiesta, dato che era passato troppo tempo;
- il 12/01/25 ho effettuato un'ulteriore richiesta di prelievo di 395,00€ (tutti i soldi che ho sul conto gioco) e ad oggi nessun accredito.
Mi rispondono sempre con frasi preimpostate senza mai arrivare ad una soluzione. C'è qualcun'altro nella mia stessa situazione?
