εδώ και μια βδομάδα και παραπάνω δεν μου στέλνουν 1600€ που έχω κερδίσει και μου λένε πως έχει γίνει η έγκριση από την μεριά τους, έχουν προωθήσει τις αναλήψεις αλλά ο πάροχος που εχογν για τις αναλήψεις έχει πρόβλημα και καθυστερεί. Αρνούνται να δώσουν οποιαδήποτε επιπλέον πληροφορία και όλο λένε ότι σύντομα θα αποκατασταθεί το πρόβλημα. Εν τω μεταξύ το site δέχεται κανονικότατα καταθέσεις και δεν έχουν καν ένα warning banner ότι έχουν τεχνικό πρόβλημα με αναλήψεις.

Η πλάκα είναι πως έχω κάνει 3-4 αναλήψεις κανονικά από από αυτούς ποσά μεταξύ 400-800€ Και δεν είχα θέμα, αλλα μόλις ζήτησα 1600€ (4 σπαστά αιτήματα) τότε άρχισαν να ζητάνε πιστοποιήσεις λογαριασμών καρτών κτλ που δεν είχαν ζητήσει πριν!!

I also hope that this is just a small complication and we will be able to help. This casino is licensed, so the last option would be the authority, but I think it's too early to think about it at the moment.

The casino asked me in the beginning for certification papers (card, Id, selfie) which provided by me and they found them OK. I tried to withdraw the money and then they asked me for bank statement. I provided and they found it also OK. And then they started the fairytale for problem with the withdrawal provider and that from their side they have forward the requests to the provider successfully.

Δεν μου έχει ζητήσει επαλήθευση.απο τη τράπεζα μου είπανε ότι πρέπει να στείλουν κάποια αρχεία για να γίνει η συναλλαγή αλλιώς δεν θα φανούν τα λεφτά.

Μετά από 38 mail σήμερα άλλαξαν απάντηση.

Δεν τους εμπιστευομαι καθόλου αλλά είμαι υποχρεωμένος να περιμένω.

Αν δεν τα βάλουν όμως δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω αλήθεια…

😂το ίδιο και σε εμένα σε 7 εργάσιμες μέρες και αν δεν μπουν πάλι από την αρχή χααχαχαα😂 μας δουλεύουν κανονικά.

I'd say that this could be the result of the previous payment provider problem, if the money is about to be returned it truly seems like the payment was not processed.

Furthermore, Giorgosbig has received the same information, hence I feel it can be true after all.

I can imagine that it feels wrong to you to wait for so long and then start over again though.
