I have a question regarding the payout time. According to the terms and conditions, payouts should take between 0 and 48 hours. I've also had payouts take longer than 4 days, provided no new verification is requested. So, on February 17th, 2026, I requested new payouts of €1100 and €3000.

The transaction overview shows: Pending (not cancelled). I contacted support twice and received standard replies each time. I'm supposed to wait a while longer until these payouts are processed.

Six days have now passed and the status has not changed (pending).

How much longer should we wait?

habe eine Frage bezüglich der Auszahlungsdauer. Laut AGB sollen die Auszahlungen zwischen 0-48 std. Erfolgen. Habe auch schon Auszahlung oberhalb. Von 4 Tage erfolgt ist. Vorausgesetzt das keine neue Verifizierung angefragt wird. Habe also neue Auszahlungen am 17.02.26 1100 € und 3000€ beantragt.

bei der Transaktionsübersicht steht : Ausstehend (nicht storniert) bei Support zwei mal angefragt und immer mit Standart Antworten vertröstest. Soll noch was warten, bis diese Auszahlungen bearbeitet werden.

Mittlerweile sind 6 Tage vergangen und der Status hat sich nicht verändert (ausstehend)
