Well, I would not call that specifically a good player's experience. Even though casinos tend to close accounts in order to verify them without much disruption from any side, I still think the player's comfort should come first.

On the other hand, this truly looks like a thorough account check, assuming from your complaint that a few of them describe account closure without prior notice.

I'd say your account is flagged across casinos. But do not ask me why, I'd hate to speculate.

Do not recommend to play here. My account still blocked after i send all required photos, including 3 documunts of my identity and photos with my living house. This casino and sister casinos like to steal players money. Casino Guru do not want to help me with this problem ^)

at this moment all required photos are sent. when casino asked additional photos they not said about any deadline, also they ignored all my emails. what you say about it?

Well, I'd that your start was not among the best and you made some mistakes. If the casino is willing to give you another chance to pass the verification despite your previous inconsistency and other anomalies, it's at least to me, a sign of their goodwill.

And honestly, I'm not surprised they are not interested in your emails for now.

Simply put, through the complaint procedure, the Complaint Team was not fully convinced the casino made a mistake because you, in the first place, could not follow standard verification requirements.

I understand you have your opinion, so you can still contact the official authority and leave the decision up to them. Just sometimes, casinos are right.

Personally, I would focus on finally passing the KYC, if I were you.

I was trying to explain, that if the casino has any doubts about your bets or gaming style, it's normal to investigate through additional checks. If you pass it, you are all set for the payout.

In my opinion, you didn't make it through the additional verification.

Checking up with a game provider is a common practice, ignoring that won't benefit you, but I respect your opinion, and hopefully, you will never find yourself in the same situation again.

I am really sorry you feel this way. We recommend the reopening of the complaint to every player, if there is a good reason of doing so. Branislav wrote in your complaint: "Considering all the gathered details and additional information from the casino, the Complaints Team had agreed with the casino's decision due to the player's failure to complete the KYC process within the standard timeframe. However, we recommended the casino provide the user with a chance to pass the verification if he is able to send the requested documents later." The meaning of it is, that we do believe, that the casino should give you a second chance to provide all the documents needed for the verification process to be done, if you are willing to do that, of course.
