Glad to see you did your best to cooperate during the verification even though the result is not good. Based on this description, I would guess that for some reason you did not pass the verification. The most common problem is different cardholder details or to many similarities with other casino account details.

I have been waiting to withdraw my funds since April 1st. I have also forwarded this case to the authorities in Romania, as this casino should not be accepting players from Romania. Furthermore, they do not have a valid license to operate in the Balkan countries like Hungary I think…

Do you know what is holding it this much, though?
The casino is accepting players from your country; they just operate under Curaçao (GCB) and
Comoros (AOFA) and are not allowed to promote in those countries, actually.
