15 Μαρτίου σήμερα ακόμα τίποτα.. τους έστειλα email και μου είπαν ότι ο στόχος τους είναι να πραγματοποιηθεί η ανάληψη μέσα σε 3-5 εργάσιμες μέρες από την επόμενη μερα που ξεκίνησε το αίτημα για ανάληψη … Τώρα θα εχουμε Σαββατοκύριακο και την Δευτέρα που είναι Αργία… Πιστεύω από την τριτη και μετά… εσείς πως το βλέπετε

Since some casinos don't process withdrawals over the weekend, we'll see. The good news is that they are still communicating and trying, so I would wait to see if they can fit into the timeframe mentioned above. Not to forget, we give casinos 14 days to sort out the process, so I don't think it's too much yet. We'll be waiting if you get them in the next few days or not.

Oh, so it's not the happiest update. It is usually recommended to withdraw in exactly the same way as you deposit, because this payment method is already verified, so I don't know what the issue could be in this case. Have you tried to find out why this situation occurred ? Since you haven't received your money back, I would probably think about filing a complaint where our team would try to help you.

Τους έστειλα email και τους είπα ότι ζητάω αποδείξεις και έγγραφα για τον λόγο που ακυρώθηκε η ανάληψη και δεν μου απάντησαν. έχω μέσα 10 χιλιάδες ευρώ τα οποία κέρδισα και θελω να τα κάνω ανάληψη είναι δικά μου λεφτά. Εάν βοηθούσατε θα ήταν καλό γιατί αυτά τα 500 ευρώ δε μου τα έδωσαν ποτέ πίσω
