I think some casino guru representatives manage some contact with casino as they did in my case but same as customers I think they cease contact when they know they cannot justify their actions or do not wish to resolve

We'll see how it turns out in that case. I would be happy if it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't put my hand in the fire for this casino. It's a shame that some casinos handle some complaints and some are dropped. I remember when we talked about your situation and I saw how it turned out. I'm sorry. 😕

Thankyou . I know you guys were all rooting for me and hoped it would have a different result . I think mine was one of the first cases at this casino but now I see there are so many more almost exactly the same . I am still very disappointed and just worried that someday someone wont take it so well. Its just not fair but what can you do ? 😒 Am just waiting for their score to turn into a minus 😊

If they continue to handle complaints like you, their safety index will surely change. So we will see if they learn from situations like this or not. I hope they will come back to you and try to resolve it.

As for your no-gambling week, I think sometimes that's the best a player can do, so make the most of it. 😉 ☘️😊

Just read the thread in a complaint that the casino has actually replied to .. firstly they requested not to call the casino a scam .. I say if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck .... I think the issues here that they have not cared to respond to proves that they have no defence .. a duck quack quack .. it's a shame they dont seem to realise generally as a rule gamblers spend more than they win so if they were fair to the players they would make soo much more money than the money that is in issue here ... if you are reading this I think the signs are it is a scam and I feel casino guru should list all their casinos that they are affiliated with and not just winsmania 😊

Hmm, it's a pity that some complaints are answered by the casino and some are not. I find this to be quite a strange tactic and I agree that in the end, players are more likely to lose and there are few who are in any positive profit. 

However, I think the casinos themselves know about this sort of thing and if they treat players similarly, it may not end well. 

I see that they have a really low safety index already, so it doesn't look good for them.

As for some sister casinos, I found that they only have something in common with this one, so I don't know what other ones should be there. 🙁

Have you an ongoing complaint ? Unfortunately I dont think anyone yet has had a succesful result or withdrawal and because they are not properly regulated theres no where to take it 😒 I waited over a month to be verified but they found a " bonus violation" at exactly the same time as I was fully verified . Trust there will be a violation if not they will make one

I would like to have a site where I can see the scores of many casino review sites at once. Alternatively, Guru should work with other casino review sites to shut down these scam casinos.

Reviews are helpful and I tried a few of the top score ones here and had no problems but you can only use this as a guide .. check they have a legitimate and good regulator also . I think it's pretty much on us to do our due diligence and lower the odds of this happening to ourselves . When I first joined 7 bets.io I could not find anything on them good or bad but I saw the word curacao 😒 I left gamstop and only joined properly regulated sites . Now I am back on gamstop for 5 years this time and wont risk non gamstop sites . I found myself thinking I won £2000 before i can do it again but i also think this casino has a high rtp relying on gamblers to spend it before they are fully validated

This does not necessarily mean that they have something in common. We have a database where we see such information and when casinos are sister or have a connection we always mention it in the review. 🙂

Anyway, since you sent the documents and you say you have not been verified, did you ask at that time what is going on and why it is so ?

The truth is, they are probably banking a fortune.


Can they clean the cryptos. Can they use the Visa deposits currency freely.

I firmly believe the case will be treated the same as all the others ... they will have blocked his gaming and halted verification while they search or add a violation on the T&Cs exactly the same as they did to me amd everyone else .. all these cases are just being dragged out with the same end result

That is correct, they are running a firm. If firm means a company. Firma -> slang word for company in Finnish language. A firm needs to act in firms favour with polite manners, even if they are dealing with thiefs.

I have found Radkas responses somewhat aggressive, not on just this topic, but on all complaints in general.


That being said, all the staff from Guru writes really long replies, and if they really do it manually, its a lot of work.


Plus they have to read all the nonsense from someone who doesnt speak english very well. It takes nerves of the cow, or nerves of steel to do it everyday.
