Not sure why this casino scores highly and I can see in the comments other users have the same issues as I do. For whatever reason this casino hardly ever gives bonuses. I was on the platinum tier meaning I had spent $75000 but hardly received any bonus. I am very rarely a winner on this site as the slots seem to have low RTP. I expect to lose playing slots but what I don’t expect is minimal bonuses when I am losing so much money. When I asked the casino manager what is required for a bonus they will not tell me.

  • Good selection of games
  • Personal manager assigned if on gold tier or higher. Responds to emails fast.
  • In the few times I have got to withdraw they are fairly fast and hassle free.
  • Barely any bonuses or incentive to deposit despite lots of play and spend. It costs casinos nothing to provide playthrough bonuses- scratching my head why they choose to hardly hand them out.
  • Low RTP on games or I am just extremely unlucky.
  • The support team in the live chat do not speak good English and are very slow to respond.
