I DIDNT GET MY PAYOUT because I was asked for the second time KYC when MY ACCOUNT WAS FULLY VERIFIED and I withdrew some small amounts like $20,$30,&$50 multiple times.They will not let you withdraw if you win more than $300. One day i could win INR 38k and placed a withdraw request but in sudden they started asking me for KYC for second time. I enquired it they said that the amount is bigger therefore they ask for the KYC.ID, Address proof,Bank statement,Astropay account details which was used before 1year for deposites.They requested Astropay account details which was already provided to Twin casino before one year and now days I am not using and that account is not accessible due to non usage of my account since long time.
Therefore, I came to know that they are just playing and fooling customers.
They just didn't want to pay my winnings.
I Didnt get my money and I played there that entire INR 38000 and lost.
