Hi, I read the whole conversation you had with the casino and I saw that they told you that they emailed you. You have a problem with the withdrawal or the time in which you can enter another one. The time is calculated weekly from when the money arrives in your account or from when the withdrawals were made. So if you say that you withdrew on 19 and 20 December and the money arrived on 21 December, then a week from which date you can withdraw again ?
