I haven’t played Zet a lot, but recently made a deposit and had another go. They have a great range of games and their interface is easy to navigate and full of colour.
I played a Hacksaw game called Le Pharoah, and from a single 40c spin I won just over $800. I hadn’t been playing for long, so I believed I was still playing my deposit funds, and not the $12 or so dollars I got from the free spins. WRONG! As soon as I finished the wager (and now around $1300), my balanced dropped to a depressing $50. I don’t know where this figure comes from but it’s a calculation based on the bonus, and is subject to a max cashout which is my case was very small. Because unlike other casino’s, where you play your real money first and then the bonus money, ZET is the other way around. You play the bonus money first, so technically I was playing bonus money when I won the huge amount. You can imagine how upset I was. I did email support for some clarification at the time, prior to finishing my wager in the hope they could clear things up for me. I had tried to contact live support but it wasn’t connecting. I finally received an email back today - 5 days after I sent it. In the meantime I have been able to contact live support who confirmed the bonus money is played first and so sad too bad, I lost my winnings due to this technicality.
SO, if you do play, be aware of this fact. I’d always recommend with these casino’s that you leave your free spins until after you’ve played your real cash.
