Do I understand correctly that you have not received any of the bonuses? Have you asked the support about it? Did you read any instructions about how to claim them? It should be clearly stated on their site how to redeem all the bonuses.

I asked them but all I got is zero information

I asked for my IMR bonus it should be more than 2000$ but all I got that added 785 in my IMR balance

When I asked for the welcome deposit bonus there is no information they even claimed that when they jumped here to ask you to close this case saying welcome bonus is 500%

This happened to me everytime you made a deposit the playthrough built up it did not reset to zero again regarding the slots bonus rounds were very tight even on £12 a spin you won less than on £1 I went on to the cards Platipus VIP blackjack and kept winning when they were rejecting the withdrawals and encouraging me to keep playing I kept winning on this now the game has been wiped from their lists altogether there is a clear pattern here of them playing games with you to get you to lose all you win its a bit of a scam in my eyes i needed that £7800 as it was money lost I am now scraping by due to something I would never win on taking all my money ! final reply from them is in Russian probs just Russian crooks running it !file

I tried to take the money out several times back to my card they rejected it over and over I sent the documents to verify and surmise it passed then they said we are checking the play with the provider it will take 10 days in between that I had 2 different VIP girls encouraging me to convert the money to crypto currency to withdraw it I said why say in the terms you must withdraw to the card you used then not do this ? they said change to crypto and it will be withdrawn rapidly so I had to set up a wallet etc then they only converted half of this money to crypto I asked why not it all as promised and there was no rapid withdrawal done at all basically I could not get the money back out to my card ! it went on for days back and forth 1st VIP was Amy crypto specialist then it was Alaia filefile

Sadly I ended up losing it all again they got what they wanted but I ended up feeling I would never get my winnings out I held out for over 10 days but I am a gambler and they preyed on my weakness its not a fair site at all. I should be getting my money back as I could not withdraw back to my card as per their t&cs

I blocked it already Im blocked on gamstop as well but keep using these dodgy sites there was another trustdice kept my £4500 withdrawal and banned the account so I feel like I have had enough now these type of sites are just not safe yes I have a gambling addiction but not getting paid out just stinks after all I put in ! this withdrawal was not normal at all as you can see ! I could have repaid some of my loans with it im now just trying to do it on my basic pay not your problem but I should have had that money paid to me it was all money that I had lost it is not as if it was me winning big

Final conclusion for me , that casino don't have to play unfair and treat players that way if we ask for withdraw we get it immediately like they accept deposit immediately

At least if they really need to check the game with providers they have to keep the withdraw in process n not cancelling it

Just just taking time to make gambler loose temper n start gambling again if he loose it's ok for the casino n they say it was ur choice but he keep winning they block the game he win in n reduce his limit bet and ofcorse checking again n making it too difficult to the player

If this is legitimate I really feel sorry for all gamblers in live casino

Why doesn't this happen in Real casino you win you get your money n all happy

Inmerion casino not competitive one I think they will disappear as soon as possible , they can't pay law win what about big wins

I know it is not easy to keep away from it, but I hope that even though this was a bad experience, it will somehow help you to not choose to play anymore, especially not at some online casinos you cannot trust.
