I signed up to the site under the impression that it was no kyc casino. I won 1800 and tried to withdrawal it and after a week of getting the runaround they asked for my kyc documents.. that was supposed to be over with within ten business days.. it's going on day 15 and no end in site.. they encouraged me to keep playing while waiting.. now I'm up over ten thousand dollars and still getting the runaround.. they don't want to pay.

Hi, we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process and KYC and I see you have already passed that time frame. Have you tried asking the casino why your documents are still not verified and what is the problem if it takes so long ?

You get a letter saying they found that you did something wrong, but either way, they keep your money.

To tell you the truth, sometimes it happens that casinos make some checks if it is necessary for withdrawals and sometimes it can take time. They did the exact same to me stalled the withdrawal saying its being checked with the provider and can take 14 days I won up to £7800 could not get anything out ! kept encouraging me to play on it was £4000 to begin and they kept cancelling the withdrawals and I got to £7800 then they blocked the card game I was winning on its a scam ! I knew I was not getting anything out.

Hello, do you know any reason why they keep cancelling your withdrawals ? I think if that is the case you should know why. Have you gone through the verification process at the casino yet ? It is too late now by the time it took to get anything out I had lost it all again and they also blocked my card game I was winning it all on it is a clear and obvious scam the money simply could not be withdrawn the reason was the provider was checking game play or something there is no way I could cheat at virtual blackjack nor do I know how to ! your playing against a computer it would have dragged out for ages no doubt its just to make people aware of what will happen really !

Months ago I collaborated with the site "InMerion" and was given a proposal that anyone would accept... I have tried to reach out to them via email to see if they could do anything for me they do not respond now I suspect as they got what they wanted another few thousand from me and did not have to pay me out they have replied on the feedback but with something I already knew about the 14 day delay thing from what I gather on reading feedback of others it then goes to a month then more then they just block the account.

And in such cases when this happens you can contact us. We give the casinos exactly 14 days to sort out the withdrawal and everything that is necessary for the casino to send you the money. Of course, you also need to have a certain level of patience and when dealing with a similar situation, you should leave everything until it is over. 

Naturally, being ignored by the casino now is not nice and I probably wouldn't come back here if I were you. It's sad. 😕

It is I have been done for £12500 on these sites now I think I have had my fill of these non gamstop sites there is a high chance of a non payout on a big win they do not like paying out they only want to take the money in unless it is a small amount I thought they might have offered me something but thanks anyway for your time.
