2 days after i asked for the withdrawal I saw that it was cancelled by ybets . What is the deal with this YBets Casino?


I made an account at Inmerion, and my account was migrated to Ybets (Never signed up to this website) but I've been able to use my Inmerion account, to play at YBets.

Well, after watching a "Mr Big Spin" video, where one of the viewers asked about it, he said he doesn't play at YBets due to max $1000 a day withdrawal limit!

This got me feeling some kind of way, due to my deposits being more than $1000 at a time... and NO one, support, VIP, no one said that the withdrawals are capped lower than my deposits.

I feel like this is a predatory act from the casino, and they should be telling high deposit players that IF they win, they'd be waiting days or weeks (even months) to withdraw any winnings.

Also, just to question the rating of this website -

I am a self restricted player under Gamstop and Gamban. Yet I've been able to deposit over £5000 cash, in less than 24 hours, without a single request from their website in terms of any KYC...

This leads to me the conclusion that this website is infact predatory, and players aren't intended to be able to beat the house in this casino.

Has Casino Guru even once asked YBets to provide proof of a gameplay check?

I presume not once.

Lets forget for a moment the capitulation of the Guru Team when it come to YBet’s scamming, how can one square the idea that most players come here to complain yet YBets has a majority of 4-5 star reviews that magically profess lightning quick withdrawals and great service 🤣🤣🤣


How can I go through each and every review and know weather it is legitimate or paid posting/AI created bot posts and Guru can’t figure it out with their knowledge of such things?


I know affiliate fees pay your bills but have some decency and stop legitimizing the bad behaviour of YBets and its undisclosed sister company Immerion Casino.

I think you can find anything relevant within all the ongoing complaints. Since I do not resolve complaints and also do not have time to make notes on how each complaint progressed further, you are welcome to investigate.

Regarding the reviews - pure honesty, a small team of maximally four people against bots, hired "players," campaigns, AI assistants, and so on... It has become part of the business, and we are not able to detect each possible biased action. Today I spent almost 2 hours investigating a group of 4 casinos and most likely fake user reviews. Have you seen the socials recently? The most common adverts are AI bots and tools to create these amazing miracles for anyone in a few clicks. AI is being tested on our forum too, just so you know.

Well, this is the current downside of precious AI and real testing environments. Almost anything feels suspicious today; we do what we can to identify patterns and keep the user reviews clear. 4 persons against the commercial reviews. It's going to be just worse.

We are aware of the situation. Sadly, it is not up to us forum admins to change the Safety Index. I understand it sucks literally. First of all, the complaints must be closed as unresolved.

When it comes to user reviews, seeing fake reviews is one thing; gathering enough proof to explain why the review is retroactively rejected is another side of the responsibility we hold.

Nothing is that obvious and that simple. I wish it were.

But the user review has no impact on the Safety Index so even if the reviews are not genuine and - I believe the majority of players also browse the forum and also the complaints, not just the user rating - it won't help any casino to improve the "score."
