Hi, I guess I understand what you mean, but I see that a bit differently for example. The rules exist so you know what you cannot do—you know that in advance, correct? First, you make the deposit, with no verification involved, and then you go through the whole KYC process because the associated withdrawal triggered the verification. That's why the casino is usualy not aware of you using someone else's card unless the KYC (Know Your Customer) has finished.

But I'd say you can always ask the casino to run pre-checks on you after the registration. The point is that not every casino offers this option to players.
