I would like to describe the entire situation because at this point it has become completely absurd and extremely stressful.
I started trying to withdraw my winnings more than two weeks ago. During this time, I fully cooperated with the casino, completed all verification steps, and submitted every requested document multiple times, including bank statements, card verification, and identity verification.
At first, my withdrawals by bank transfer were cancelled due to alleged technical problems with the payment provider. The casino then instructed me to use another payment method, so I submitted new withdrawal requests using my credit card.
The withdrawal of €3540 was processed and I received the money successfully.
However, the €5000 withdrawal has become a complete nightmare.
I received an official email from the casino confirming that the €5000 withdrawal had been processed and sent. In my casino account, the transaction is also clearly marked as "processed/completed" ("Verarbeitet").
Despite this, the money never arrived in my bank account.
I waited the full 5 business days requested by the casino. After that, I contacted support again and sent them a PDF bank statement proving that the money was never received.
Now the most absurd part:
Even though the withdrawal is STILL shown as "processed/completed" in my transaction history, the €5000 has somehow returned to my casino balance again.
So currently:
the transaction is marked as completed,
I received confirmation emails saying it was processed,
but the money was never delivered,
and it has returned to my casino account anyway.
At this point, I honestly do not know what is happening anymore. I have never experienced anything like this with any casino before.
This entire process has now lasted for more than two weeks and has caused enormous stress and anxiety.
I would really appreciate any further assistance because this situation no longer seems normal.
