I read a complaint you have resolved for someone else and I am having the same issue with vegasino.com,

I requested a cashout on the 21/6/25 and have been receiving the same scripted and generic answers that there financial department is delayed , it is not a huge amount 500 euro but I am receiving zero information from them and feel like I am being scamed,

There really can be some delays because of the high amount of withdrawals sometimes, but I would definitely suggest you file a complaint as well. Our team can try to get in touch with the casino and find out what exactly is happening.

In the verification section it states that there is no need to verify so I am unable to if it was needed ,

Customer service keeps assuring me that everything is ok that it will be processed soon! but I feel 17 days even when there is big issues is a bit long

It really is too long, especially if verification is not in the middle. 🤷‍♀️

Γεια σας έχω πρόβλημα με τις αναλήψεις στην vegasino έχω κάνει 3 αναλήψεις 500€ η καθεμία επειδή έχει όριο από τις 27/06 και δεν έχουν μπει ακόμα λεφτά στον λογαριασμό μου . Επικοινωνώ μαζί τους και μου λένε ότι υπάρχει αναπάντεχη καθυστέρηση και ότι τα χρήματα μου είναι προστατευμένα. Μπορείτε να με βοηθήσετε;

Τι τραπεζα ειναι;

Revolut και εθνική έχω κάνει 500€ σε Revolut και 1000€ σε εθνική. Εν τω μεταξύ έχω κάνει αναλήψεις πολλές φορές από την στοιχηματική αλλά τώρα γίνεται αυτό εδώ και 1 μήνα σχεδόν μου λένε τα ίδια

Θα στο λύσουν τα παιδιά ειναι πολύ καλοί!

Ωραία τι πρέπει να κάνω τι θέλετε από μένα; Έχω ακόμα και 2000€ μέσα αλλά δεν με αφήνει πάνω από 3 ενεργές αναλήψεις οπότε περιμένω να μου πείτε τι να κάνω
