Every time player mentions delayed payment, I ask the same questions about the KYC and so on. Those are general questions and are valid for any casino - good or bad, it's pretty obvious, I'd say.
The fact that "not every withdrawal is proceeded by a couple of hours" is also valid for every casino, good or bad, because it may be bound to the KYC or other circumstances.
