It has been confirmed by my bank and the transfer administrator that a transaction of $700 was accepted by supabet however never credited to my account and it was never played as thry closed my account and there’s no way I can view the play history. Furthermore, 2 transactions of $100 were accepted and never credited. These 2 transactions are also co formed that they were accepted by supabet. So, as they closed my account when I inquired about these funds, and now are refusing to reply to my emails. They are dishonest and I recommend not to get caught in their fraud.

So I am very sorry that such a situation has arisen. The worst thing is that the casino doesn't reply to your emails at all, so you don't know what's going on with your money. But if you had problems there before, why did you deposit there again and not a small amount? We can't really help with such complaints because it's difficult and usually the payment provider has to check these things. 

But if you haven't received the money in your casino account even after a long time, then I would consider a chargeback as a last resort, as it may affect your future gaming.

No. I said others on trustpilot have had issues. I deposited $700. But as my bank takes a longer time to send a large amount, I decided to send $100 and another $100 as those are instant but one was in pending status and the other didn’t get credited. Then I inquired and they locked me out. Then the 2 that were pending went through and I never got anything. That’s the unethical part. I need someone to contact them in my behalf and get my money back.

I’m not sure what you’re asking. I’ve contacted the payment processors called patient. They’ve done a thorough investigation and the conclusion is that supabet accepted all the e-transfers. They said that the only way I can get the funds is from supabet but they are not responding to my emails. I’ve contacted the licensing agency that give supabet their license but they have received my complaint and forwarded it to supabet support and again they aren’t responding. Tiu are my last hope before calling authorities and online fraud. I’m not sure but I thought you were the appropriate avenue to get them to respond as I saw many have been able to resolve their disputes using your services.

But we are not able to do that, as you have already been informed. Sometimes the deposit may reflect on the player's account a little late but if nothing happens, I would think about a chargeback. But only as a last resort.
