I am having an issue with a payment and my players status being changed by sunrise slots.
I have followed all the rules, waited an insane amount of time to get payments but them changing my player status so i can not collect free spins or coupons is unfair!
I can now only make direct deposits with no bonus matches. I was told my payout was to be approved in 5 days, we are now on day 11.
I requested my payment on 1/10/23 @ 943 am. I was told today that it was still not approved and if it was i still had another 7-10 wait to get paid... can anyone help me? From casino guru??

Bigg, When ever you win in any casino they remove the bonuses and sometimes they put back very low % bonuses. I often asked why and they say that the higher% bonuses are for players to help them win. I am talking about all casinos not just Sunrise. I have even closed some casino accounts that I won on and then returned months later and still I have low % bonuses like 50% or none where I have to deposit with clean cash. If you think of it, Its better with clean cash no bonus because there are no rules. No play thru.

Your right it takes a little more playing but when it pays its worth it.

Hello there,
I will focus on the delayed payment now. You already went through the complaint with this casino, so it seems that history repeats itself, you can hold on, or submit another complaint. As far as I can guess, you'll get the winning eventually, but would be quite reasonable to consider finding yourself a casino with a faster payout system. It does not make much sense to be stressed all the time in this one, don't you think? 🤔
