Get this!. I contacted chat today to see the status of my withdrawal whether it was sent or getting ready to be sent. The rep told me great news . It was sent on the 20th of Jan. I said the 20th? Today is the 27th. I should have received it. I asked how did they send it Fedex? He replied and said yes Fedex but they do not get the tracking info. He said I should get it today or tomorrow. They took a $40 fee from my winnings for the delivery. Every other casino takes $30 fee and I get it in one day. NEXT DAY AIR. This one is coming by Horse and Buggy. If I am lucky.
I received no email that my withdrawal was sent like they said they would do and there is no transaction showing in my profile that is was sent.

This is why I don't believe them. Do you know I deposited 10 times on Neon280 after I was approved for my withdrawal (stupid right) well the slots had absolutely No Return To Player. I lost on all and my money lasted maybe 15 minutes at a 5 dollar bet.

I spoke to someone the other day and they kept on saying it was sent out. I asked how much longer and they said it can take up to 3 weeks until I see it. Apparently they use a 3rd party vendor/bank for the payments.

Θα ήθελα, θα τους λογοδοτήσει με κάποιο τρόπο. Παίρνετε το ίδιο BS που παίρνετε, αλλά θα είναι σαν "κάποιος άλλος μας παρακολουθεί, ας τα κάνουμε καλύτερα" ή δεν μπορούν να κάνουν ένα σκασμό.
Τουλάχιστον θα αισθάνεστε καλύτερα με το να το κάνετε ένα βήμα παραπέρα και να μιλήσετε για αυτό που πιστεύετε ότι μπορεί να αξίζετε εσείς ή άλλοι.
