όχι δεν καταλάβατε αυτό μου είχαν στείλει 2 μέρες πριν μου κλείσουν τον λογαριασμό. Μετά από 2 μέρες μου έστειλαν ξανά ότι είχα παραβιάσει αυτόν τον όρο 3,17 και μου έκλεισαν λεφτά και λογαριασμό. Είναι ακόμα κλειστός και δεν μου απαντάνε και στα email, ούτε μου έδωσαν κάποια αποδείξει ότι είχα στην κατοχή μου κι άλλο λογαριασμό,

I personally see no other option. I assume you don't know if anyone else is using your device or internet connection to play at the same casino. Surprisingly, those are the most usual situations... But do not worry, the complaint handlers are very demanding when it comes to proofs.
