Αυτές οι 72 ώρες μπορούν να μετρηθούν μόνο κατά τις ώρες εργασίας του οικονομικού τμήματος, που είναι από τις 08:00 έως τις 17:00 τις εργάσιμες ημέρες. Αν περάσουν οι 72 ώρες, αξίζει να το αναφέρετε μέσω chat και μετά θα αναφέρουν την καταγγελία στο οικονομικό τμήμα. I clearly understand the process you have described. For me a couple of days and therefore some 5 would not be so much because I have seen casinos that can take much longer. But when you've always got the money, that's the most important thing.

I've been trying to withdraw from this casino but I keep getting an error message. It's been over 24 hours and it's still not fixed. Anyone else have this problem? I'm fully verified and I've withdrawn before. What also pisses me off is that these people are slow with withdrawals and I still haven't been able to make a request. I'm very frustrated!

They should provide more information regarding the error, I believe.

Yes. I've spoken to them and they've been saying the same thing since Sunday: be patient. It's very frustrating also considering the fact that I'm still going to have to wait for a long time AFTER I can actually request the withdrawal. I'm deeply unhappy.
