Well, if you didn't get any further and you keep getting the same generic answers then I would open a complaint on the link I shared with you in my last reply. At the moment I've seen that the casino has quite a few open complaints and a lot of players are experiencing a delay in withdrawals, but eventually even though it's been quite a long time the casino has paid the players so far. 

So I strongly believe that this will be the case in this instance as well and you will not have any further problems. 

If anything changes, let me know.

So did you get the update by email as it says on the screenshot you sent ? If so, what was the content or what did they tell you ? I'm sorry that you've been waiting so long and that it's still impossible to verify, I'd be losing patience. 

But unfortunately there is nothing we can do but wait.

Είναι δύσκολο να πιστέψει κανείς ότι είχαν τόσα πολλά αιτήματα ανάληψης εδώ και ένα μήνα... Νομίζω ότι κάθε καζίνο που σέβεται τον εαυτό του θα είχε λύσει αυτό το θέμα διαφορετικά, αντί να ακυρώσει την ανάληψη μετά από 10 ημέρες λόγω τεχνικού σφάλματος, το οποίο κάνει το περισσότερο χρόνο αναμονής για την απόσυρση. Οι κανονισμοί του καζίνο αναφέρουν ότι η διαδικασία ανάληψης διαρκεί έως και 3 εργάσιμες ημέρες και εάν ο παίκτης δεν συμμορφωθεί με τους κανονισμούς, τιμωρείται αμέσως... Χωρίς δικαιοσύνη xD

Yes, I understand what you are saying and I think you have a point. However, we know that withdrawals may be delayed not only by the casino but also by other factors. That's why we also give casinos 14 days to sort it out and if they don't, then we advise players to complain. I know that everyone would probably like to get the money sooner and not have to file one, but sometimes it's probably not possible. Anyway, I hope everyone who is waiting will see their money as soon as possible.

Can the documents be delivered to them again or not? Last time I saw it was a problem. Even so, you probably haven't moved on and I'm getting worried, but anyway the complaint is still open and we have to hope that it can be resolved.

Ζήτησα επιβεβαίωση του εμβάσματος και δεν θέλουν να μου το στείλουν... Γιατί δήθεν φταίει η τράπεζά μου που δεν έλαβα τα χρήματα. ΑΠΑΤΗ! Και τα χρήματα μπορούν να μεταφερθούν από άλλα καζίνο χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.

Σύμφωνα με τους ίδιους, στάλθηκαν αλλά η τράπεζα ακύρωσε το έμβασμα και τα χρήματα τους επέστρεψαν.

Οπότε τελικά δεν τα πήρα

Θα ήμουν ευτυχής αν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε ένα βήμα μπροστά, αλλά από τις 14 Ιουνίου που ζήτησα την πρώτη πληρωμή, δεν έγινε τίποτα ☹️

So you'll have to wait until it becomes available or the casino gives you an update. But I don't understand that if they ask you to do something, it can't be uploaded, it's illogical to me. 

Nevertheless, did you try to ask if it doesn't work if you can also send it by email ? I thought of that as a possibility. 

So when the casino told you that there was a problem on the bank's side, did you try to contact the bank to find out if that was really the case or if they had an issue ? It might not be a bad idea. 

Anyway, if you have a complaint, I believe we can help you and hopefully you will get your money.

I think it doesn't even make sense anymore because every answer is the same. I would try to write to them once every 2-3 days but probably not anymore and unfortunately you will have to wait. 

I hope the casino will answer your complaint and clarify the situation. 😕

Επικοινώνησα με την τράπεζα και μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να τους στείλω επιβεβαίωση μεταφοράς από τη Spinanga (η Spinanga δεν θέλει να μου στείλει επιβεβαίωση μεταφοράς).

Η τράπεζα είπε ότι δεν έγινε έμβασμα σε μένα.

Κάποιος λοιπόν απατάει εδώ και είναι ο Σπίναγκα.

Έπρεπε να τους γράψω ένα e-mail για αυτό και μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχει απαντήσει κανείς.
