They most likely have just some sort of commission from players playing there and that's all. I have put many complaints now I think about it why they closed my account it's because they keep people's winnings for themselves close the person's account so that person can not see the transaction I have done enough now to sink them robbers they are

Well news for spicyjackpots casino I have informed the fraud department trading standards and police to stop them doing this to others they are black listed and will remain black listed

I have put a complaint in yesterday when joined the forum basically spicyjackpots let people deposit then when it comes to withdraw funds they block your account also they charged me different fees 80p on 1 transaction and 50p on another I have proof of this on my banking records when you join they ask for personal details example bank account number I was stupid enough to give this information as I thought that if I did win it would go quicker into my account that is not the case as my bank is fast track not to be still waiting for it to hit my account they say 7-21 days absolutely rubbish I will continue to fight them scheming robbery from them

As for closing your account, I see that the casino just closed your chat when you wanted to inquire, which is not right in my opinion.

What do you think Casino Guru should do in this case? We gave the casino a rating of 2.1/10, they have 3 warnings displayed on the main casino review page. They have an unverifiable license, which is also stated on the casino's review page. They have only 3 user reviews submitted so far, but all of them say the casino is terrible.
