All they keep saying is there's a delay but been saying that for over 6 weeks

Sure, then use the link I gave you in my previous reply and write to our team everything that is needed. They will try to help.

What do you say?

Already did this morning

Your not getting the money mate, mines been well over a year, it’s scam site with multiply terrible reviews and no official licence, remove your bank details from the site and move on

The other player makes a valid point, as much as I hate to say it. We viewed this casino as extremely risky and unreliable. I would not put much hope up, but I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Nearly 3 months and still waiting for a £800 withdrawal. Only just realised that for the majority of the time chats are simply AI Agents that just repeat and replay apologies requests for patience and pathetic reassurances that payment is imminent.

Basically, keep well aware they are literally thieves.

Oh, this doesn't sound very promising. I must admit that it's even stronger from my perspective because I was relieved to see the casino close. When it first opened, it had a very poor reputation. Now it appears that they may have reopened with the same poor services, as based on your experience.

I totally understand that the responses you mentioned cannot be reassuring for you.
