I was just looking at it. It's a standard response from the casino, but it's not okay with me that it's taking a month.

Skycrown has closed my account and confiscated my winnings of $7,000AUD and accused me of fraud. They have accused me of forging my documents which I haven't. All documents are legitimate documents and bank statements with my information and all documents were previously verified by them. In my casino account my documents were already accepted and account verified. Then as soon as I try to withdraw they reject every document and photo. They even accused me of editing my selfie holding my licence! I've asked for proof of the so called fraud that was committed but they won't provide me with further info or proof, I'm guessing cos they are lying cos there is no fraud.
I sent my first withdrawal request on Sep 17th and then a further 5 times each of which were cancelled my Skycrown. All documentation and statements and selfies are original documents showing proof of all transactions and identity.. I have done nothing fraudulent whatsoever and I had a 100% verified account and have proven my identity over and over again and now they closed my account so I can't login anymore. I'm absolutely devastated to be falsely accused of this crap. For 10years I've played and all verification documents accepted successfully and withdrawn over 50kAUD with other casinos without any issues until I used Skycrown Casino.

I submitted a complaint regarding this on your site previously and after speaking with Skycrown, and without even discussing it with me, my complaint was closed and account was banned. I still have no idea what happened or what Skycrown said or even why I wasn't given the chance to talk about the matter. No discussion or explanation! Just banned from this site just like on Skycrown website. Still no answers and accused or doing something to my documents which I never did.

You have the right to request proof of any fraud allegations they have made. While l actually doubt they will, it is a defaming accusation they cannot prove as they do not have any access to any country's government's internal data to validate such a claim. A complete bluff, but it would almost be impossible to expect they would dare comply with such a request, they would leave themselves open for courts such as the Haag for example that take on the more outrageous cases.
When a simple screen shot prior was suffice, now PDF or live camera shots are required. Skycrown tried that on me so sent PDF and live photo shots and a signed letter of authenticity from Internal Affairs which was not disputed.
However, l never got the last withdrawal approximately August or September last year, just automated replies. My V.I.P. manager left Skycrown, she was no longer willing to sell her soul as such and l suspect got repremanded for helping me (between the lines) so that convinced me that there is way more to this story and events since their coming out of the Liecense they held previously.
I suggest you check, as they are not bound by the rules now, which they opted out of in early January 2025.

Well, I believe that everyone should put their hard-earned money into the casino only if it is to have a good time and pay for this hobby, as I could call it. Only if a player can afford it, of course. And not see online gambling as a way of making money, right?
And as soon as you decide to put the money in the casino, you have to play under their terms, of course. If you play fairly, the casino has to play fairly as well and pay the winnings, always.
May I ask, though, what they meant by saying that you haven't wagered your deposit enough? How much are the wagering requirements on the deposits there?

Hi, to clarify your comment. I only put a small amount in as that is all l want to lose unless l am flush. I never rely on a win, l expect to lose.
However, l made my deposit of $30 and started playing as normal. I won't take any bonus offers as the wagering can be around 30x, and l like having the choice of what slots l want to play, whereas the bonus option usually let's you play for example, Pragmatic games. There isn't anything in the terms and conditions where a standard deposit must be wagered, l just played a few different slots and honestly just one a few rounds of free spins. About the fourth slot l played l got two retrievers and got a 30 cent bet up to $740 total balance and decided to withdraw $600 and play out the rest at a slightly higher bet.

They simply decided they would be difficult once again and l had had enough of their nilkshit excuses.
