When you go to livechat you can see this message. They said they will come back on Tuesday.... I am not sure wich Tuesday they mean... Their last answer was before 4 days and the situation continues for 8 days

At least we set the casino to be under maintenance. Sadly, I'm not aware of any recent updates from the casino site. Colleagues are trying to get more details, but can imagine the casino has its own technical issues right now, so it may take some time.

Hello. Mind me asking, how exactly did you come with a rating of 6 🤔? Our upper limit for launching new casinos is set precisely because they are not "proven by time". Of course we are aware of the fact, that it can not prevent every problem, because it's simply influenced by whether the casino will behave fairly and it simply cannot be estimated in advance.🤷‍♀️

I do understand that it can be unpleasant whenever a casino is "under maintenance", especially if it takes a little bit longer, but it doesn't necessarily mean they have turned into the dark side of cheating their players. If Casinoguru assigns a rating of 6 and the casino increases its rating based on disputes and resolution,

it is certainly more correct and impartial


it's like when you start school,

it is assumed that the student is sufficiently prepared, then a grade is given based on exams.

a professor cannot assign a grade of 10 simply to the student's presence in the classroom

So "maintenance" should have ended yesterday. They have been in my knowledge 9days out of order, without ability to log in and they have not respond any of my email during that time or have communicated in any other means (webpage, social media etc). That tells me everything i need to know. i have seen this before and i have already written off my money.

I see that in your complaint history, it is also not a bright, lovely picture. I agree that it sucks.

On the other hand, this casino was quite alright before this maintenance, so I'm convinced its managers hope to solve whatever problem they are dealing with now. Call me naive, but the costs you need to cover before any casino reaches a considerable stable income are huge, and you don't want to start over regularly. Though there are always some exceptions, I know...

I have to admit, I can't figure out the context now. But I'd love to understand.

Especially if we are convinced (based on the casino's rules) that players from the UK are not welcome.

Actually, we have that covered:

There is a maximum security score we allow fresh casinos to get if there are no other negative aspects. We also mark such a casino as fresh (which is, by the way, not a case for Scooby) saying we can't fully investigate until the casino is "proven by time".

For instance:

"Apollo Bet Casino is a relatively new online casino, which is why it's too early for us to conclusively say whether it's extremely bad, perfect, or somewhere in between. Is there are point for further actions against Vecchiato Elisabetta Trilogy Gate Limited? Does or can Curacao legal system do anything about casino rugging customers money or is it safe to assume that by now money is already washed through and gone?
