It's normal for the casinos to send the same "template" to every concerned player. No "custom" emails anymore, though for the live chat operators, it must be hard. Just take a look at how many players complain here now, would you be able to think up an original version just only for all of us here? I say I could not 😀.

We live in an age of automatic do-not-reply emails and chatbots, after all. Not ideal, I agree.

And why do you react to players comments in this thread and pay them instead of prioritizing delayed payments that are subject to an ongoing complaint? Since unresolved complaints will consequently lead to black points and will have a negative impact on the casino ranking.

And off course everybody should paid, its just that I dont see any logic in why the casino acts like this.
