Στις 27 Φεβρουαρίου κατέθεσα 91 ευρώ με την Mastercard στο Royspins Casino και τα χρήματα δεν έχουν πιστωθεί μέχρι σήμερα. Πριν λίγες μέρες έλαβα μήνυμα ότι η συναλλαγή δεν μπορεί να εντοπιστεί και η συναλλαγή χάθηκε. Αν και η τράπεζά μου με ενημέρωσε ότι τα χρήματα έγιναν δεκτά στις 29 Φεβρουαρίου, τα έλαβα εγγράφως και τα διαβίβασα στη Royspins.
Δεν βρίσκω αυτό το καζίνο αξιόπιστο ή αξιόπιστο!!!
Το παράπονό μου είναι στο Casino Guru εδώ και μια εβδομάδα και δεν έχει συμβεί τίποτα.
On February 27th I deposited 91 euros with the Mastercard at Royspins Casino and the money has not been credited until today. Am 27.02 habe ich 91euro mit der Mastercard bei Royspins casino eingezahlt, und das geld wurde nicht gutgeschrieben bis heute. Vor paar tage erhielt ich eine nachricht das die transaktion kann nicht lokalisiert werden und die transaktion veloren gegangen ist. Obwohl das meine bank mir mitgeteilt hat dass das geld wurde am 29.02 angenommen, und das habe ich auch schriftlich erhalten, und an Royspins weitergeleitet.
Ich finde diese casino nicht seriös, und auch nicht vertrauenswürdig!!!
Meine beschwerde ist bei casino guru seit eine woche drin, und es tut sich nichts.
