Πάνε 3 μέρες σήμερα, από ότι διάβασα είναι φυσιολογικό, αλλά ο φόβος μου είναι να μην κάνουν την ανάληψη λόγω της αρνητικής βαθμολογίας που έχει και ούτε άδειας... Έστειλα όλα τα τραπεζικά έγγραφα, ταυτότητα, πιστοποιητικό λογαριασμού και αποδείξεις.

Πήρα ένα 2x1, μόλις μου μετέφεραν τα χρήματα της ανάληψης 960€ και μου έκλεισαν τον λογαριασμό αφού μου το ζητούσαν για μήνες.

So do I understand correctly that in the end it turned out well and you got everything you were supposed to get? If so, that's great news and I'm very glad that's the way it is. I was not hopeful, but I will wait for confirmation. 🙂

I have good things and bad things about the site I want them to see there mistake before I start a bad complaint I never got my last winnings I ended up playing them down after 4 days of waiting and listening to lies ..... Sites are responsible for there customers they are supposed to refund money after you try to close account due to gambling problems.... They are supposed to set limits on request if they do not have gambling tools for you to set yourself... Under no rules does it say it's your own problem if you can't set limits they are praying on the weak gambler who unfortunately has lost control of there habit I can't understand why these sites are not closed down myself personally have lost 2 friends to gambling addiction..gambling is a problem for a lot of people ..... Who regulates them that's the big problem

I'm sorry you had to go through that and it's no fun at all. Gambling addcition can be very unpleasant and I would never want to find myself in a similar situation. 

Anyway, even though casinos shouldn't behave like this, if there is one that has such a low safety index, I wouldn't expect them to have any responsible tools. 

Also, if they don't have a license they are virtually untouchable. Players also need to be aware of where they are depositing their money, although as I say, when it comes to addiction, it's hard to control.

Ok ... After much back and forth with this site pulling them up on rules they advertise and the gaming commission rules I finally got my account closed and a 2000 euro refund ..... There a new site as far as I can make out and are having trouble getting up and running there payments are delayed for 5 days but you do get them if you stay away from the site .... They rectified my situation because I knew the laws and rules of a gambling site I will commend them on sorting everything out it's just a pity it got so argumentative it could all have been sorted it the had safer gambling tools or the live chat where able to set them but unfortunately they decided against it..... If they set that up probably and the withdrawal time was improved on they will do well as there rtp is excellent and there games are up to date ...... Overall there going to have to improve on there public relations.... So good luck to them in the future

Do you believe that having the complaint reopened would be worthwhile, considering that you have already complained about the casino? To be honest, I can not say that I fully comprehend everything you wrote, but it is clear that you are not happy with the situation. On the other hand, you mentioned you got a refund, and your account has been closed. In case you think this is not over when it comes to the fair end, I thought it might be beneficial to mention the option.
