supposely for multiaccount and abusing bonus but show me prove of another account because theirs no need for me todo that it was my first deposit qnd only cuz i got an offer via emeil that couggg my attention so i came here looked if it was trustable and saw it was so i deposited and look out of nowere when i won they delayed withdraw after already verified and made me wait and then como at me for supposly having many accounts and then for abusing bonus how does that work only received a no dep bonus one time and this time i deposited to receive the ooffer they just didnt want to pay me wat i won

Hmm, so regarding multi-accounting, I’d probably just ask if you happened to have an account here in the past, or if anyone in your household or on the same Wi-Fi network also has an account at this casino. That could also be the problem they’re describing.
Then they told you that you abused the bonus, right? Did they mean that you claimed it multiple times—from multiple accounts—or something else, like that you bet over the maximum amount or something else?

no i have not im positive i have not . i only have that account and as far as bonus i was only given a regestration bonus one time ? and this bonus was with a deposit i made how is that abusing bonus ?

this is the emeil they send me without support of their suppose claim? This casino seeing from diff players that they delay withdrawel plus they close accounts and cofiscate winnings seens like all have the same common issue plus in trust pilot they have bad reviews so how come here they have a high trust badge when they are burning players for their winnings?

The casino usually won't tell you exactly what you did, but will just give a general explanation to protect itself. Based on what they describe, it seems the problem is that you may have claimed the same bonus multiple times across several accounts.
But if you say you didn’t do anything like that, and you have no one around you who did, then I believe our team will give you a hand.
The investigation is ongoing, so I think the smartest thing to do is wait and see how it develops.

yes thank you well im actually conplaining because i think thats not cool for casinos to do that imean their playing with out money how do they give offers and process our deposits right away and you win and they want to do this thats not cool at all

yes please casino guru i trusted this casino becasuse of here i really though they were trustable they offered me a bonus through email and i tryed it out i first saw their reviews and before this they had really good comments idk when was it that out of nowere now that ive look up their reviews throughoutly i come to find out in trustpilot all this bad reviews i was like their goes my money hope oshcasino is really honest and giveus wat we won and keep their fairness that way more people play here becasude they offer good bonuses ..

If you haven't violated any terms of the bonus, I believe you'll get your money. Attila should get back to you today, so hopefully that will happen and your case will move forward.
