This time I expected their rating to drop at least a little, but it’s still sitting at 5.3. In my view, every red flag is being ignored.

It’s actually a shame, because the casino has a good design, is easy to navigate, and offers plenty of games. But the most ruthless predators always hide in the clearest waters—we all know that.

Hi. From what I can see, the casino’s Safety Index is already lower than it used to be, and it has been gradually decreasing as complaints remain unresolved.

Of course, the Safety Index won’t immediately drop close to zero just because of a few complaints. The disputed amounts, the seriousness of the cases, and other factors also play an important role. But if things continue in this direction, I wouldn’t be surprised to see it drop further.

Personally, with a Safety Index of 5.3, this probably wouldn’t be a casino I’d choose to play at.

The unfortunate part is that, as you said, the casino seems to have some potential. That may actually be the biggest shame here, having potential but damaging it by the way certain problems are handled.😕

Yes, I know that the casino had a high score. That was back when they scammed me out of €7,200.

I agree that there aren’t many complaints, but what concerns me is that out of all the complaints that are there, only one has been marked as solved, and that was for just €25. That suggests to me that they simply don’t have the willingness to resolve complaints.

We also shouldn’t assume that everyone knows they can get help here on Casino.Guru. For example, I’m active on forums where people aren’t aware of Casino.Guru, and whenever I see someone with an issue, I usually recommend that they come here for help.

Yes, I’d say it’s quite sad that the casino basically has only one resolved complaint, especially considering how small that particular case was.

Unfortunately, there isn’t much more we can do if the casino simply doesn’t want to communicate or cooperate with us.

On the other hand, I think it’s great that you recommend our website to players when they run into a problem. Not everyone knows that Casino Guru or our complaint service exists, so if you can point someone in the right direction when they need help, that’s definitely something I would appreciate myself as a player.

Hopefully, many of the players who find us for the first time because of your recommendation will actually be able to get some help here. Of course, the outcome doesn’t always depend only on us, but I think by now you already know quite well how things work on our side.🙂

I just want to add this so that I’m not misunderstood: I have 100% confidence in Casino Guru’s complaint handling, and I am in no way accusing Casino Guru of misleading or deceiving players.

I have personally received help from Casino Guru in resolving a problem in the past, and I also currently have an ongoing complaint.

I didn’t take what you said as an attack on Casino Guru or anything like that. I think you expressed your opinion perfectly reasonably, so there’s no problem from my side.

Even if someone has doubts or criticism regarding our process, they’re always welcome to share it as long as it’s constructive. I don’t see anything wrong with that. There can always be something that could be improved, a new idea, or simply a different point of view.

Of course, we then have to consider whether a suggestion can actually be implemented and whether it would make sense in the long run. We’re always trying to improve our processes as much as we can. If something makes sense and can realistically help, it’s something we can consider incorporating. If it doesn’t make sense or wouldn’t work well in the long term, then naturally we won’t implement it.
