May I ask how you came to this amount of the RTP, though?

The casino should provide this information to its players if asked, for sure.

Also, when it comes to the fee you mentioned, I would like to know if it is written in their terms.

I’m honestly glad I closed my account at this casino. Seeing how they handle complaints here is downright alarming. They demand endless documents, notarized papers, tax returns—it’s way over the top. It should be easy and smooth, but this casino makes it unnecessarily difficult for players.


What’s especially ironic is that they seem to have no problem using shell companies for deposits. None of my transactions even showed the casino’s name—it appeared as if I was buying magazines, books, or flowers. And then they lecture players about money laundering? The irony is unbelievable.


Thanks to Guru for highlighting the absurdity of this casino’s practices.

Well, we believe that the KYC process is really important, but it surely shouldn't be a headache for anyone, of course.

KYC is important. As you said, it shouldn’t give a headache—it should be smooth and easy to complete. Requiring notarized documents in countries that are almost entirely digital is a big joke. Adapt the KYC process to the countries you want customers from, and don’t demand documents that are impossible to obtain.

yes well they canceled my withdrawel but now their asking for same currrency that i deposited with to withdraw but it does not give option to withdraw with thar currency i am trying via trc20 since their is thar option now im just waiting for update

yes because their has not been an update or nothing and still no reply from support. i can already see were this is gong and ithoughit was a reliable casino so many goood reviews i knew it was too good to be true well hopefully theirs an update soon thank you for the help
