Let us know if you really receive it next week. Anyway, I don't recommend continue playing in the casino. If they can't send you more than 300 eur then something really isn't right about this casino.

Nordis casino where live this morning ask a couple of questions on chat they did not answer and shut live chat down again. absolutely ridiculous behaviour!!

What can I say? It is ridiculous. If you're a customer support agent working in a good casino and you close chats whenever it's convenient for you, you'll be fired very soon.

But the difference in quality of casinos and their customer support is enormous. You can experience literally anything. For me, a good customer support is probably the most important aspect of every decent casino.

To be honest with you I think the person or persons I believe there is 2 that are on live chat have as much say as the bosses I say this because I've been paid on PayPal by 2 different people I know names but IL leave them out and Im pretty sure they are also the ones on live chat!! Just of interest do you know the names of the bosses / owners of this casino?

I find it hard to believe that any boss would take part as a customer support agent. But all is possible I guess.

I try to search a bit but have not found more than "Games & More B.V." as you can see in the casino's main tab.

Do you have any idea?

I do have names of the owners if you want them?the 2 people who have paid me by PayPal both do the live chat.

If you have some information about different owner, please share.

Founder and COE does not mean that the owner copany must have his name in the corporate name. It's pretty common. We provide Games & More B.V. as the owner.

From everything I can find on this casino the owner and founder is Adrian grama and the CEO IS Iulian coscodaru

I'm not debating I just took what I seen as the truth.so nordis casino whoever owns it have said they will not pay the 1039 euro because I hurt there feelings by speaking the truth about there brand it's crazy! If I was to give you a small list of questions would you put them to nordis casino for me??

You can ask the casino on your own I guess. 🙂

We willingly serve as a mediator when any player need help. But this seems kind of different don't you think? If something is wrong we investigate, that's true. But I do not understand why we should ask your questions.

Anyway, what would these questions be I wonder? You can ask in your complaint thread - what do you think?

They have now closed my account so can't ask questions directly also if I could they wouldn't reply to me I thought they mite if it was use, doesn't matter IL sort this out myself.

Thieves do not play at this casino I urge people to pay attention to this if we keep giving these con artists are money they will continue to rip people of STAY WELL CLEAR

I can see that one complaint was successfully solved while the second was unresolved, so I would not say that the casino does not pay at all.
