Γεια σας, θέλω να αφήσω το παράπονό μου γιατί κατέθεσα 30 δολάρια στη megapari και κέρδισα 60 και δεν με αφήνουν να κάνω ανάληψη των παροχών μου, το ID του λογαριασμού μου είναι: 768194549 και δεν μου ζήτησαν ποτέ επαλήθευση, βαρέθηκα να στέλνω emails στο gmail ασφαλείας της megapari και δεν το έκαναν Υπάρχουν απαντήσεις που μου δίνουν ανατροπές και με κουράζουν, κάνω ό,τι είναι δυνατόν και μετά βίας έχω χρόνο για δουλειά και μου κλέβουν τα λεφτά έτσι. Τι τρομερή υπηρεσία, αν είναι καζίνο, δείξε το πρόσωπό τους και δώσε μου τα χρήματά μου πίσω.

Εμφανίστηκα πριν λίγες μέρες, έβαλα 30 USD και μπόρεσα να τα διπλασιάσω στα 60 USD και δεν με αφήνουν να κάνω την ανάληψη για να φύγω από αυτό το καζίνο επειδή είναι απατεώνες το ID μου είναι: 768194549 είναι κρίμα γιατί είναι καλό καζίνο αλλά σου κρατούν τα χρήματα και δεν σε αφήνουν να κάνετε ανάληψη, δεν μπορούσα να κάνω το KYC γιατί δεν το επαληθεύουν, έστειλα email +10 και κανένας από αυτούς δεν απάντησε με ακρίβεια, κάποιοι απατεώνες τους έστειλαν φωτογραφίες της ταυτότητάς μου και τίποτα, είμαι πολύ κουρασμένος, το μόνο που ψάχνω είναι να αποσύρω αυτά τα 60 USD που έχω δυστυχώς

Hi, I know we've written about your case before, so I'd like to keep it in one place so we don't discuss the same thing in multiple threads. 

Jozef said in your complaint that the casino needs a little more time for internal communication, so obviously you will need to be patient, although I know that is not the easiest task for you. It wouldn't be for me either, but it will be the most sensible thing you can do for now. I would like to see a deal done as soon as possible, but such cases are individual and sometimes harder to evaluate. 

That's why your cool head will be important.

Thank you for your response and for keeping everything organized. I apologize for my impatience, but the last time I heard from Megapari directly was on May 28th. I have been trying to contact them multiple times via email ([email protected]) without any response. Additionally, they haven’t provided any updates on the complaint for two weeks. This lack of communication has made it difficult for me to remain patient. They have really hurt me deeply, and this situation involves a significant amount of money. I really appreciate your support and the efforts to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. I look forward to any updates and remain hopeful for a positive outcome soon.

I totally understand that and I would be nervous too. But I suppose the casino is communicating with Jozef, so it's possible that's why you didn't get an answer from them. When they come to an agreement with him, I think they will present you with a deal and then you can decide how you want to approach it. Let's give them some time, I hope they are doing everything they can to get this sorted out.

Από 14/09 έχω ζητήσει τον οριστικό αποκλεισμό από το megapari και δεν το κάνουν, κάθε φορά που απαντούν, δηλαδή κάθε δύο μέρες, μου προσφέρουν κάτι και όταν λέω ότι θέλω την οριστική απόσυρση, με ενημερώνουν ότι θα το παραπέμψουν στον αρμόδιο τομέα και κάνουν δύο τρεις μέρες ακόμα, μετά μου κάνουν άλλη προσφορά, επαναλαμβάνω πάλι ότι όχι και μου λένε πάλι ότι πρέπει να περιμένω. Θέλω τον οριστικό αποκλεισμό λόγω προβλημάτων με το παιχνίδι και αρνούνται να το κάνουν παρόλο που είναι ρητή απόφασή μου. Πρόσεχε, γιατί όταν θέλεις να φύγεις δεν σου το επιτρέπουν και σου δίνουν χιλιάδες στροφές για να συνεχίσεις να παίζεις ακόμα και όταν έχεις προβλήματα.
