Yeah, so I deposit 100 usd and got bonus i forgot how much the bonus but after some time I hit the jackpot and won 15k usd. As I was planning to withdraw I saw I cant cause of the bonus. If you make withdrawals either you add more withdrawals or cancelled your withdrawal, your pending withdrawals doest count on the day you withdrew them but the last day you made any transactions. This prolonged the process of withdrawal 😅 so it was my fault i kept adding or canceling the withdrawals i made.
