Hello! So, I create account here to place some bets. Few deposits I lost and after I won few bets and were in no loss position I tried to withdrawal my money. And things starts here. All requests was rejected. Support ask me to made all kind of selfies with all documents (at all I uploaded like 10 files). Support said that everything is ok now and I can withdrawal, but next day I got message from support:


"Anton, at the moment your withdrawal is undergoing our regular checking procedure. No worries, it is nothing big, it helps us to ensure fair play and security for our players. This checking can take up to 31 days."


The funniest thing we are talking about 200 usdt withdrawal ahahah

Hey. I believe they have to check with the game provider if everything is okay and that is why it can take that long. Usually it can be a long lasting process, to tell you the truth.

Hopefully, they will be able to finish the verification soon and you'll be able to get your money.

Hello!

Could you please tell me how familiar you are with verification deposits and no deposit bonuses? Since it sounds exactly like this circumstance to me. Let me clarify:

You must first make a deposit, usually with the same payment method you plan to use for withdrawals, in order for the casino system to recognize your payment option after you take a bonus without making a prior deposit. The interesting part is that, in some circumstances, like in this instance, this deposit must also be wagered. There are at least two explanations for that, but I would highly advise you to always check the rules to find out how many times you must wager each deposit before requesting a withdrawal.

The multipliers 3x to 5x are the most widely used. This means that after making a 50€ deposit, you must wager 150€ or 250€ before you can withdraw, even if you did not take advantage of any bonuses.

Excellent casinos may totally waive this wagering requirement based on the amount you deposit.

Personally, I would contact support first; there is always time to call someone a "scammer." 🙂

Γεια σας κατέθεσα 40 ρεάλ και κέρδισα 106 μας αφαιρούν 11 ρεάλ για να κάνουμε την ανάληψη αλλά περιμένω περισσότερες από 4 μέρες και δεν με πληρώνουν είχα κάνει ήδη άλλες αναλήψεις και πάντα πλήρωναν περισσότερα τώρα είναι με αυτόν τον κλόουν να μην πληρώσω επικοινώνησα ήδη με την υποστήριξη τους και λένε μέχρι 3 μέρες να πληρώσω αλλά πέρασαν οι 3 μέρες και τίποτα !!!! Anyway, have you asked them what is behind this delay? Have you been in contact with the casino about this situation?

Ναι, επικοινωνώ μαζί τους και μου δίνουν πάντα την ίδια απάντηση: έχουν ήδη μιλήσει με τους ανθρώπους του συστήματος και πρέπει να περιμένουμε, αλλά δεν μου δίνουν ημερομηνία. Έχει περάσει μια εβδομάδα από τότε που ζήτησα την απόσυρσή μου!!!! Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι αφαιρούν χρήματα για να μας πληρώσουν και αργεί τόσο πολύ.

If the casino does not provide relevant information and you do not have your money within 2 weeks, then we will try to contact the casino to find out what the problem is. Sometimes I don't quite understand what is behind it when the casino extends the withdrawal and doesn't do any verification, check or anything like that. I know that sometimes there can be a long withdrawal queue but there are many things that can be communicated with the player. I think this is a big factor for a lot of players to get reassurance. 

So even though I hate to say it, we will have to hold on and if nothing moves forward, then we will follow the next steps.

Does the casino still not have a license as you say on the website? I think they have information about the license at the bottom of the website?

Good question.

The last update took place in January, so there is a fair chance the casino's got a license. GCB, I reckon.
