Lost a bit but had fun, so no regrets.

As some of you can see i had a good win in Sweet Bonanza 1000 on a AltacoreNV casino.

Now they have some limitation to withdrawals, but until now almost 3 days pending i received 1 withdrawal with the max per transaction 400€..

While the others are still pending.

What is your thought about this dear casinoguru members.? Will i have to wait forever or what is regular in cases like this.

As I can see in the review of this casino, the daily limit for withdrawals is actually €1,200, so I would like to ask you if there has been any change to this. Because you only were able to withdraw 400€ as you said.🤔

Maximum pending at the same time is 3x€400 or €400 per transaction x3 but you can only have 3 pending at the same time. Also in 4 days one withdrawal out of 3 was withdrawn

Είχε το ίδιο πρόβλημα, πληρώνεται αλλά το καζίνο αποφασίζει πόσο χρόνο θα πάρει. Σε μια εβδομάδα έλαβα 800 σε μεταφορές 2Χ400, την εβδομάδα μετά μόνο 400... Και ούτω καθεξής.

Αν είσαι αρκετά τυχερός και κερδίσεις 20.000 ευρώ, δεν νομίζω ότι μπορείς να τα αποσύρεις όλα σε ένα μήνα.

Κέρδισα 7200 και πλήρωσα 3700 περίπου. Χρειάστηκαν περίπου 4 εβδομάδες μέχρι να τακτοποιηθούν όλα

Only got 4100 left to wait for, but 4 days now and only 400 is a joke almost.

Did doing 3 withdrawal at the same time even help or they get canceled since it seems they like to do whatever they want against their own terms and conditions.

Why they block, after payments ?

Best thing to do at this point is to be patient, don’t cancel and play(which is the goal of stalled payments) and cancel your account. You don’t want to be in the position of winning a large amount with IWild or any Altacore casino for that matter.

No withdrawal approved today, so still only received €400 and i started withdrawing 26th jan . How patient u need to be really and does a complaint with casino guru even help, if i had received like 1k already then i would not have anything to say so far but this is not the case sadly

I ended up losing my winnings after having multiple cancellations of withdrawals over a couple weeks.

Short answer about your complaint with CG is no. They don’t care how long it takes for the casino to pay as long as they pay in the end. Stretching out payments by the casino does not effect their score and they are never punished.

Casino Guru has IWild as a 9.7 Safety Rating and is 2nd Recommended casino out of 742 in Canada.

But why would you play though? Whats the plan winning more that takes another year or so, i will never play while pending as it is like playing fun money of some sorts.

I played trusting the assessment of Casino Guru thinking if I did win more I would be paid in a reasonable amount of time.

I didnt mean to be obnoxious with my comment on you losing when withdrawal was slow to be clear.. just that inwould never do it, sadly i cant play anywhere else Meanwhile either as if i lets say lose 1000€ somewhere, then i regret not losing it at iWild for example

Maybe anyone from casino guru team can advise me on what to do? Its soon been 5 working days, and i have money that is pending they ignore 2/3 withdrawals attempt of 1200€ total and only approved 400€.

I read complaints on Askgamblers, other casinoaffiliate pages and on Casino Guru its the same/similar all over.

On Sunday i asked for €400x3 in withdrawal Wednesday morning €400x1 was processed, up til today still the only payment i saw. And i emailed them and no reply and livechatt says it will be processed but it isnt etc
