Update on Instant Casino - they have been issued with a final demand letter/email. If they do not reply by the 16th then Revolut and Mastercard have confirmed they will report the matter to law enforcement in the jurisdiction of their registered entity. They have had too many cases of issues with Revolut now and they are taking the matter incredibly seriously - I'm sure Juventus will be happy that this company are involved in criminal practices.

Same responses as me - yet never had an email from them at all, literally nothing. Then onto Live Chat again where the same lies begin the next day - what a disgrace this site are. We aren't talking about ignoring for a few days here, this is weeks and months of simply lies from the Live Chat teams and absolutely zero action from the Support/Complaints teams.
