I am writing this to share my frustrating experience with Instant Casino, hoping it serves as a warning for others.

Over five months ago, I requested a refund via email. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I never received a single response to my emails. In my desperation for answers, I turned to their live chat almost daily, only to be met with the same stalling and unhelpful messages.

Adding to my frustration, Instant Casino decided to block me on Telegram, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, effectively cutting off all other communication channels.

After months of persistence, live chat finally confirmed that my refund was being processed. I even have proof of multiple of these conversations Yet, weeks later, I still have not received my money.

This situation is unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and outright avoidance of accountability is appalling. It shouldn’t take months of relentless effort just to get back what is rightfully mine.

I strongly urge others to think twice before engaging with this platform. If Instant Casino truly values its customers, I hope they address this issue immediately and reconsider how they handle refund requests in the future.

I am sorry for your unpleasant experience. 

But I wonder on what basis the casino promised you a refund? Also when did they promise it to you?

It has become clear to me that Instant Casino is operating without a valid license in the Netherlands, in blatant violation of local gambling laws. But also, Instant Casino’s approach to responsible gambling is negligent and dangerous. Their so-called "responsible gambling policies" are nothing but a pretense. There is no meaningful support offered to players who may be vulnerable to gambling harm. Upon discovering this I requested a refund, i have sent over 100 emails. Not one got a response. In the beginning of this week I once again contacted live chat and the told me the department is working on paying me back as we spoke, as you can see in the screenshots. Hey there. Thanks for the overview, though I still could not figure out on what basis the casino accepted the refund.

Was that perhaps related to the missing KSA license? As per the number and topics of your other complaints you have submitted so far, it seems quite likely to me.

Same nonsense with me and many others mate. This casino are simply fraudulent - over 90 days now since first contact and only ever get a response on Live Chat - "You will be emailed by the relevant team" - have never received a single email. Lies and deceit in abundance.

It is obvious for you, but we need more than that. I'll try to demonstrate the issue:

If it were that obvious, we would not approve the reviews in the first place.

Since you have no responsibility in explaining the rejection to associated players, I perfectly understand we must be blind in your eyes. But as long as we hold the responsibility, we have to tell people why their reviews got deleted because we are transparent. What do you suggest? "We appreciate your time to review the casino, but a user with copper status and no access to your internal system is convinced your review is obviously fake. Thus, we reject the review retroactively to keep the user rating unbiased." Yes, it's a bit exaggerated, but not too much.

If you have direct proofs supporting your suspicion, though, kindly help us by providing these by community@casino.guru

We will be more than happy to read concrete facts.


Just a thought: are you perhaps referring to forum posts instead? 🙂 If so, use the replay button and discuss your suspicion. Since this is just a post, there is truly no harm done anyway, I'd say.

unsuspecting people looking for a new casino to play , they see these fake forum posts and decide to start play there to only get the same problems everyone has here. that is not harming those new players? I will continue to warn everyone for Instant casino, because these people should not be able to operate a casino.

How about this: People have their own brains and thoughts. So, no, I do not think one simple forum post saying, for example, "Instant Casino looks like a great place to play, and I’m excited to give it a go. I’m hoping to win and make the most of my time there. Do you have any tips or reviews to help me get started?" would have the most direct impact on players.

Besides, the more talk here, the older the one particular post is getting. If you were not so eager to talk about it as a way to somehow lure players, I'd say no one would even spot that. Just my personal observation. But I respect your approach anyway.

Have you seen Trust Pilot lately? Do you believe every and each positive review is to be trusted? I believe that artificially crafted user or product "reviews" are the overall downfall of this AI era.

I think it is good to keep in mind that players who aim to investigate the casino will do so, and players who do not won't do that. thus, there is no way to prevent anyone from making bad decisions.

Instant casino doesn’t respond to emails or concerns, they ignore players who are rightfully trying to withdrawal their funds. Stay away from this fraud of a casino and they close your account if your withdrawal is over a certain amount and also claim payments have been made when they haven’t been. It’s a shame that casinos like this are operating it’s pure theft and fraud going on. Instant casino is a fraud and they should be blacklisted same with their sister site golden panda

Aside from the two accounts you have set up, what seems to be the current struggle, please?

To me, it sounds like the pdf confirmation of transaction rejection. Did you call the bank clerk, perhaps?

In similar situations, casinos really need to see you have not received the money so they may react properly. But, I probably did not understand the part about the wrong email address and  GIGADAT that well.

Do you think you can help me with that? You don't have to, of course; it's perfectly ok to focus solely on the complaint.

Hi! Gigadat is the company they use for e-transfers. Instant casino entered my email as con and not com it was their mistake and they still will not re send the transfer to the correct email. I have sent all documents file

I was really afraid I could make an ill-informed observation.

If I may, not everyone is ok with sharing the email publically, and I would personally recommend avoiding sharing emails. So, feel free to edit the post and replace the current screenshot with a safer version. Your call, of course.

In any event, I am not sure what advantages the casino would gain from, say, ignoring this circumstance. To me, it appears to be a very shortsighted course of action, and I would as a customer be mad. Mad customers usually fill up complaints or write reviews...

Definitely a good move lodging the complaint; hopefully our mediators will find the solution.
