Γεια σου! Δεν κατάφερα να πάρω τα χρήματά μου παρόλο που δοκίμασα πολλές διαφορετικές μεθόδους ανάληψης. Ούτε έλαβα άλλα email από τον Greatwin. Έπαιξα τα υπόλοιπα χρήματα από τον λογαριασμό του παιχνιδιού μου και τους έστειλα αίτημα να κλείσουν τον λογαριασμό μου στο παιχνίδι, αλλά ούτε αυτό έγινε. Στη συνέχεια έκλεισα μόνος μου τους υπόλοιπους πιθανούς τρόπους πληρωμής. Δεν πρόκειται να κάνω παράπονο για αυτό το καζίνο. Απλώς θα το ξεχάσω. Hi, can anyone help me with this issue or have experienced the same issue - I have been unable to withdraw my funds from Greatwin for some weeks now. At the start customer service said I havent been wagering my deposits. Every time they said to wager an amount I did and then the same issue where I get an error message with withdrawals. My last deposit was over 2 weeks ago and customer service says it hasnt been wagered. For context, I deposited 100 euro and have placed 500 euro plus worth of bets since. I dont understand where customer service are getting there figures from as they said 32 out of 100 has been wagered). At this point I feel they just want me to lose all my winnings. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, according to what you describe, it is a problem of deposit wagering, do I understand correctly ? According to what I found it should be 1x deposit correct or you have other information ? You say that you have done it and then when you withdraw it gives you an error message and what is it ? That you still have to wager some money ?

Πάνω από 1.000€ από αυτά μόνο τον Ιανουάριο. Η "Estolio Ltd." εμφανίζεται πάντα ως έμπορος. Αυτό μου επέτρεψε να παρακάμψω τις απαγορεύσεις επειδή είμαι ή ήμουν εθισμένος στον τζόγο. Αυτή δεν είναι συμπεριφορά φιλική προς τους παίκτες. Τι πρέπει να κάνω;! Το βρίσκω εξωφρενικό!
