Thank you for the update and for keeping my case active while Veronika is unavailable. I appreciate the continuity.

There are no new developments from the operator at this time. Funbet has still not provided any response, timeline, or payout of the remaining balance (€2,001.50).

Regarding the betting market:

Funbet offered a betting market for the match Inter vs Lecce on December 21, while the match itself was scheduled to take place several weeks later.

I noticed this discrepancy and contacted support in good faith to point out that the market appeared to be listed with an incorrect date and should therefore not be counted or settled.

My message was purely informational and aimed at correcting a potential error. I did not request any payout, cancellation, or special treatment.

Shortly after raising this issue, my account was closed for "administrative reasons",

I remain available should any further information be required.

The core issue is that my account was closed shortly after I raised a good-faith concern, and my remaining balance of €2,001.50 has been withheld, with no clear explanation or payout provided.

I am therefore not seeking assistance with a sports betting dispute, but with an account closure and unpaid balance, which I understand may fall under general player rights and fair handling rather than betting rules themselves.

I understand that much, but if you did not engage in casino games, I fear the worst. Well, let's see if we can proceed with that. Usually we can't. You see, if the player has never played casino games, the casino/sportsbook may always say that the account closure and associated balance voidance happened due to a bet placed or related issues—we can't investigate.

I confirm that my complaint is not about the settlement of any sports bet, but after much deposits, much playing in casino games en sport bet, lot of wins and looses without a gambling limit and after a complaint why they not limit me, they have close my account with a positive balance

i won 45.000€


from 01.03.2026-01.04.2026


they paid me my first 3x500€=1500 almost immediately,


They the next 3 request 3x500 (11 working days after begging them nin stop everyday) so only 3000/this moth instead of 7000/monthly limit



then 3rd time they paid me after 7 day 1000 instead of the 3 opened requests only 2



now its again more than 10 fays begging them and i didn't get anything, im sure i will never see my money from the 45.000, i got only 4000 so far in 1.5 month

CRITICAL UPDATE 28 April 2026:


Funbet has ESCALATED from delay to THEFT.


As of today, my account shows: "Opnames geblokkeerd door beheerder"

Translation: "Withdrawals blocked by administrator"


I can no longer request ANY withdrawals. Account balance €17,000.06 is now HOSTAGE.


Timeline:

- 21+ days: 3x €500 pending, no payment

- Today: Full withdrawal BLOCK by admin


This is deliberate confiscation of €17,000.06 winnings.


ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE:

1. Funbet NOT FOUND in MGA Licensee Register = Illegal operation

2. No Curaçao license visible in footer = No regulator

3. Violation of Terms 5.3: 72h processing


REQUEST: Mark case as URGENT. Funbet is actively stealing
