I would like to clarify an important point — I have not gone down from VIP level at any stage.

My VIP status has remained consistent, and there has been no gradual decrease in activity or deposits within the platform that would justify a reduction in benefits or limits.

The change to a $1,000 CAD daily withdrawal limit was applied suddenly as part of the account review and reactivation process, not as a result of any natural VIP level adjustment.

Additionally, as a VIP player, such a low withdrawal limit is significantly below what I have experienced elsewhere and results in an unnecessarily extended withdrawal period for my remaining balance.

To confirm, withdrawals are being processed under the new limit, but my concern remains about the fairness and transparency of these newly applied conditions.

Do I understand correctly from your post that your VIP level has not dropped now? Right?

If it is so, you should contact the support and ask for an explanation about why the limits have changed if you are still a VIP player.

Yes, I am still a VIP player.

However, despite this, my experience has been extremely poor. I am currently facing repeated issues with my withdrawals being delayed, expired, and requiring resubmission. My last withdrawal was not processed and was marked as "expired," which has further delayed my payout.

My total balance is around 24,000 CAD, and I am following the stated 1,000 CAD daily withdrawal limit. Even then, the process has become slow, inconsistent, and unclear, with no proper timeline provided for completion.


Additionally, I have been informed that my live chat access is no longer available, which means I am currently unable to use real-time support and must rely on email communication for any withdrawal-related queries.


 I have also noticed that some live casino games I was actively playing and winning on are no longer available or have been removed from my account interface during this period.


At this stage, I am not playing anymore. I only want my remaining winnings paid out in full.

From my experience so far, the process has not been fair or transparent, and I would not recommend this casino based on how withdrawals are being handled.

Please know that the live chat usually doesn't know much regarding withdrawals, as it falls under other team competencies, so there's no need to be worried that you are unable to ask them about the status of the withdrawal.

Have they explained to you by email why the withdrawal was rejected, and games restricted, by any chance, please?

Regarding your question, I did receive communication from the casino, but the explanation provided was very general. They referred to "internal checks" and "risk/compliance procedures," without giving any specific reason for why the withdrawal was rejected or why the restrictions were applied.

There was no clear or detailed justification provided for the rejection itself.

Additionally, I was informed that withdrawals may "expire" during these checks, which is what happened in my case. I then had to resubmit the withdrawal and effectively restart the process.

At the moment, I have another withdrawal pending under "Approval Pending," again without a defined timeline.

So overall, while they did respond, the information has been vague and lacks transparency regarding both the rejection and the restrictions.

Based on my last two withdrawals, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern where the first request expires or gets rejected, and I then have to resubmit it before it is processed. As a result, each $1,000 CAD withdrawal effectively takes around 48 hours instead of the stated 24-hour timeframe.

At the moment, I have a pending withdrawal that appears to be heading toward expiry again, which would mean I will need to resubmit and restart the processing cycle.

Based on the communicated structure of a $1,000 CAD daily limit resetting at 00:00 UTC, I would expect each withdrawal to be processed within that 24-hour window without needing resubmission.
