I send my mastercard + passport + selfie + address, no answer 5 days...they address new prove ok :) i send 3 new pictures...

they accept, now they need + German passport od drive licencen BUT i am Bulgarian EUROPEAN :) i don`t need German permission.

I send them my salarywork my taxes documents, everything that i am living in Germany, and there was not in condition after 20+ days they ask now for them, i answer that it`s impossible i have not because i am not GERMAN :) 

and guys ...7+ days i am waiting for answer, you go to LIVE CHAT, they work with some script answer question you need just to wait...

its not a big money i don`t give a fuck 260 euros but guys 20+ days verification??? and still nothing and they want miracle from me ....

I just check and find out that this casino was established on 12/2021. I think the staff may need more time to settle a bit. They may be just lacking some experience.

I find it quite strange if the casino didn't require anything from you, but it's up to them if they don't need any documents when you try to withdraw. Anyway, we give casinos 14 days to process the request, so I would recommend being patient. Although I understand that if the casino doesn't give you an answer to your questions, it's certainly not pleasant.

Γεια, έχω δύο αιτήματα σε εξέλιξη στο Dollycasino, η κατάσταση επαλήθευσης δεν είναι στον λογαριασμό, αλλά δεν μου ζητήθηκε καν να επαληθεύσω (πράγμα παράξενο όταν υπάρχει αίτημα ανάληψης, παρόλο που η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μου είπε ότι μπορεί να μην υπάρχει ανάγκη για έγγραφα) οι αναλήψεις ζητήθηκαν πριν από 3 ημέρες (άρα είμαστε ακόμα εντός της προθεσμίας από ότι μου λένε στο chat)

Sometimes, when the sum is quite low, casinos prefer not to verify you until you reach a certain withdrawal threshold. Would you say this is the case?

Hi , below is sceeen shot of the winning bet and then when the money taken out of account i did not even try withdrawing any money yet they just took it

i contacted the VIP manager by email twice no reply , and live chat 3 times they gave me very little details

i have screen shot of the $100 bonus they gave me its says deposit bonus but it was given to me by The VIP manager who is now MIA they did say they would email but i have heard nothing

So I'd probably wait for that email. Didn't the deposit bonus also have a maximum cashout for example and therefore the money could have been deducted? 

Alternatively, is plinko allowed to play with this bonus and did you check what max bet you can use? Obviously I would check all these things beforehand because that might be the reason why your money was taken. 

But you said the casino gave you few details, so what did they tell you?

The $100 bonus was not actually a deposit bonus it def says that but i had not deposited any funds for 3 weeks while offshore .

The Casino should be look at my deposit the last 12 months and just return the funds that were taken . if not they loose alot more when iclose my account

The VIP manager that gavel me that bonus knows whats happened because he gave me that bonus because of withdrawal issue early in January i i have the email trail with him telling me he will give me the cash bonus , either way the issue here is the money should have been left in the account because it was still playing and if a game is not available on a bonus you can not select the game or bet higher then the set limit .
