Hello everyone!

I played quite a while in this casino. Let me tell you my experience.

First of all, whenever you win , the withdrawal will be an impossible mission.

Starting with, I joined the Site on August 2022, first week everything works fine. Middle of August the site gets a big break on his withdrawals. He pauses everyones withdrawals saying it is MasterCard and Visa problem. The most common solution they were giving was to deposit through alternative ways so they can transfer the money there. Such as Skrill or Jeton. Furthmore they had an option called SEPA for fast bank transfer. An option that never worked for the most as you had to go through KYC. They KYC took around 15 days, then the withdrawal another 15, imagine the time. I couldn’t wait that long so I deposited through Jeton and got some money out after waiting 10 days. After winning some more money they told me I had to go another KYC for Jeton withdrawals,I was laughing, another 5 days of waiting. Finally withdrawals were fixed and I was withdrawing with Jeton. I was playing by their withdrawal rules till 10/9 (September) that they told me they fixed the card problem. I did a small withdrawal of 50 euro to check it and it was fine. So the next day I was playing with more cash and and and SURPRISE. All of a sudden ,I make 3 withdrawals which all 3 was getting cancelled for no reason .Their system was instant and shouldn’t have such a problem like they said. Once again I went through the Help Center saying wait and wait and wait for the finance team I guess. They call them the specialists like it is a kind of science. I waited 5 days till I gave them what they wanted. What they wanted? Me to lose a big amount because I couldn’t withdrawal by anything.

This casino is unreliable , they will always call for a gamblers patient which doesn’t exist.

Furthermore the "specialists" work only Monday to Friday. The problems always start on Friday, you know why.

Have in mind I had a fully KYC account on 2 types of withdrawals and they were cancelling them saying they dont know the reason.

Having a Max Win on Sugar Rush, from the few that exist and never got the money, pointless site.

Avoid this page like me ,imagine that some1 in this post says that they appear the money and they took it back from the bank they cancel the trasfer but the money appear,from me permanently deleted for this scammers

Hello,

In one of the recent complaints I saw the casino saying that they had some troubles with the payment provider, this is always a serious issue because players are tempted to play and lose trust in the casino.

Did I get it correctly, that you have still not been able to withdraw your winnings? If so, I can recommend submitting the complaint as well.

Trying to answer for someone else isn’t so right. I told you my whole story if you’ve read it carefully you would understand. An issue is an issue when it happens one time, not more than 3 in 30 days. Funny thing they never have problem with deposits 😉 This casino has has complaints not only on this case, not in a recent one, in every one.

Answering your question though I am not submitting any complaint here since you promote them that’s why you answer like that. I filed a complaint on Curacao gaming license.

Yes i have read 🙁 yesterday i did a whitdraw and they ask for more verification and I send it and al got approved today very fast, both on casino side and e-mail, now i only waiting for The money whitdraw pending since yesterday....deposit mifinity and also whitdraw mifinity do you think i will get the money? verification done approved

Ενω παιζω δυο χρονια και συνηθως δεν ειχα κανενα προβλημα ειναι η δευτερη φορα που αντιμετωπιζω θεμα με την αναληψη.Μια τον Αυγουστο που οπως διαβασα κι αλλοι ειχαν το ιδιο προβλημα με συνεπεια να χασω πανω απο 2000 ευρω που ειχα μεσα αλλα δεν μπορουσα να κανω αναληψη λογω δικων τους προβληματων.Το ιδιο γινεται και εδω και 3 μερες.Ακυρωνουν την αναληψη χωρις λογο και λενε θα με ειδοποιησουν χωρις αυτο να γινεται ποτε!Σιγουρα για να τα παιξω και να τα χασω παλι...

Καλημέρα.Τα κέρδη μου ήταν σε dogecoins και τελικά σήμερα τα μετέτρεψαν σε ευρώ και μου είπαν να προχωρήσω σε ανάληψη.Ελπιζω να μην υπάρξει άλλη φορά προβλημα.Ευχαριστω

I am trying to withdraw 1 week now but they are canceling them without a reason.

my account is verified and i have done withdrawals in the past!

The only thing their mentioning in the Helpdesk is that the " Specialists" are working to this issue!!
